What began as a vision, resulted in the creation of DHA: Deep House Amsterdam. A movement was started, that would be a household name for all lovers of deep house music. DHA is an electronic music platform, for lovers from all over the world, sharing their passion for music.
All the while the brand identity was evolving, they were really thriving in London as well. So, we needed to create a brand that had two faces. We branded this accordingly, to DHA FM (Amsterdam) and DHA AM (London). With their base of operations being broadened, they also needed a clear distinction in visuals for their socials, while retaining the same brand elements. This can be seen on all platforms, including the track visuals I designed.
There's something special about gathering around a table with friends and family to share a meal, stories, and laughter. I took this given to heart, which resulted in a style that was modern, and yet classic aiming for a timeless arrangement.
To create a design that made both food and drinks prominent, I created two hand-drawn visuals, representing the breaking of bread, and the luscious cocktails. That way the food and drinks, could both take up their rightful place. I paired this off with a fine mix of fonts, to cater to the on- and offline use for the brand.
